I made the upgrade this weekend as well, but to a BMW K1200S. She is quick but comfy with great features and fantistic fit and finish. She is quicker and handles better than the '91 F1, and the overall packageprobably costs her a few MPH above 150, but I really don't care since I don't spend any time there. Overall I am happy a week into owning her and can only hope I will be as pleased with this bike after owning her for a few years as I was with the CBR.

Hey waz read on another forum that there is supposed to be a 1,000,000 mile club for the Blackbird, prob an urban myth though, do u think the bird could do it? By the way the Daytona is going good, not missing the cbr at all...

Hi Pete Nah dont think the Blackbird could do it to that many the old CBR seemed to made of steel when the blackbird feels like hardened plastic if you know what I mean. I took my old red bike for a spin n the weekend and boy is there a difference could wait to get back on the bird as the old cbre was very heavy on the road and in corners

after a week on the RC, other than getting used to the more forward leaning position, i love this bike!! i might have to do some aftermarket clip-ons to get some weight off from my wrists, but i really like the way this bike works...
