Starter clutch replaced, ****ty work but after all imaginable difficulties allmost done.
I tested it yesterday and it wasn't what I did expect, faster but still bit lazy IMO. I have checked/fixed starter, didn't change anyhing.

I'm feeling little bit frustrate to chasing the ghosts.

Could someone post video of healty well working starter in use for a reference.
Also for reference, how low current is allowed to drop in battery hubs during start. Which kind battery is best???

Positive surprice came when I was taking carbs away, inlets were choked, in best case I did earn +36 hp

Anyway, I'm interested of all info related to battery, Voltage in hubs with/without load etc etc.

They need a battery that is 100% fully charged and in 100% good
condition however even with that they will still
sound "labored" and sluggish .......it's how they are.

Personally my battery of choice is the MotoBatt MBTX14AU ...... it's a super battery
second to none in my opinion and my good friend Mr KilgoreTrout put me on to them
and he's a bright spark so I parted with $64 and bought one .... then another
and an Optimate 3 charger / maintainer

As for voltage drop .......well that'll depend on the condition of the battery you have

If you replaced the starter clutch, you haven't solved the problem which is in the STARTER DAMPER on the end of the alternator shaft. It has friction plates which wear down.
Best option is to buy a new complete unit
Honda Kawasaki Polaris Suzuki Yamaha Motorcycles ATVS Scooters Utility Vehicles
I fixed mine by adding another washer to improve the tension but this has another side effect of causing wear to the primary chain....................
If you need help, let me know and I'll talk you through it.
