CBR Winter Project Completed!!
Thanks guys,
I don't think I will have clearence problems because of how skinny the exhaust is, almost as small as the pipe that was there before.
That puddle behind me was like 1 and a 1/2 feet deep definitally not driving through it. For the project I started out with the body work
there were quite a lot of scratches and cracks so I decided since I'm going to be doing alot of work on it anyways I might as well shave those ugly
front blinker housings then I sanded and sanded and sanded.. (Not Fun). I started painting bought New grips, mirrors (which are decent for viewing, little small but still okay), New windscreen, Front and rear turn signals, recovered the seat (cost me $1.88 at Handcock Fabrics), then relocated the exhaust,
And put her all back together.
And the tires/ rims are easy to clean hose and rag with some good old elbow grease.

If you have a welder anything is possible. And relocating the exhuast was actually one of the easiest things I did,
after double checking and triple checking placment for clearence, looks.

My blinkers are reallysmall behind those front air intake things.
Idk about an inspection or when I will have toget onebut we will see
when the time comes. I recently painted the muffler charcoal black, I tapped off the V&H badge
and the cap on the back it fits the bike alittle bit better now.

I went to a Serwin Williams-Auto store and bought a fairly cheap kit ($130).
It had Flat black paint, that thinner stuff, and some new hardener they have that doesn't require a clear coat.
Then I painted with my Father-in-law's spray gun, in his garage wasn't too bad had to do some wet sanding but nothing extreme.
To anyone thinking of painting your own bike I would give it a shot it really isn't that hard if you have alittle bit of patience it is no problem.
