well after owning the bike for a full summer and painting cars all day long at work i was itching to do something a little different to my 1000rr... nothing too drastic but different.. painted the rear tire hugger and the lower farrings to match the bike and got black decals down low... what do you guys think?

Very Nice, I like keeping it clean, as opposed to going all out with lots o' designs. There is definitely a respect I have for crazy custom show bikes, but my personal style is normally a happy medium between the two. Nicely done

 

i figure if i ever lay it down that'l be the time to lay out a new paint scheme... but it's too nice to get too crazy with it..

It's a very subtle difference... one of those "I can tell something's different, but not sure what until you tell me" kinda things.
