Ok, thanks for the info bro!! You've really helped a lot. Back to making the exhaust louder. I decided to drill the revits out and remove the baffling. It was a little more difficult than I thought. I ended up drilling the revits and pulling the end piece off, only to discover it was just an end cap that covered the whole exhuast. I had to pry apart the actual end piece which was covered by the part I pulled off. It damaged the pipe just a bit from prying on it.

I removed the baffling and placed the fake end cap back on and re applied some rivets. You can barely tell it was damaged, only if your looking for it. WOW it sounds good!!! I am very pleased with the rumble of it. It is not as high pitch anymore. It has been raining so I havent taken it out on the road to see how it sounds at full throtle but im sure I wont be disappointed. I will try to post a video as soon as I get some free time.

yup no problem, thats the point of this place. I was actually looking for some other stuff on motomummy and happened to come across the speedoDRD. so who wouldnt mind saving $45.

Yeah i did that to my jardine on my f4i and cut her down a bit too and the sound difference was night and day. Certainly louder but it sounds so much better. The only thing i didnt like was at a certain rpm range, maybe like 5-6k, it just sounded like a bunch of firecrackers going off since it was pretty much a hollow metal can. I messed up the edges a little bit too with the dremel but yeah you cant even notice it once its on the bike, so no big deal.
