FE kit and trick for plate light

FE kit and trick for plate light
With my F2 being both my ride to work bike and something I am modding,
I haven't had a chance to get everything done as fast as I would like.
But one thing I did do recently was a decent job of doing the rear fender
eliminator and also installed dinky winky turn signals.
I've seen worse on the net...still some rough areas that are hidden anyway,
but will sand them down with some 80 grit and 200 grit sand paper.
Also, I haven't driven at night lately, but one thing I need to do is get a
license plate light...right?
Well...kinda...
All I am going to do is drill two small holes on the bottom of the rear cover to
the tail-light, thus sending enough light to illuminate the license plate.

Pic of the rear view, with the plate holder, winky blink's, and approximately where the plate lighter holes will be drilled...

They are like these and you can get them in any color and they shine at a 90 or 45 degree angle too..

RE: FE kit and trick for plate light
dude, go to radioshack and they sell little led lights that screw into different size holes. They are these little red plastic cover things, I just bought one of those for like 2 bucks, clipped off the end of it with wire cutters and mounted it over my plate. It shines white light right onto the plate and keeps me totally legal. If you have questions or wanna know more pm me. I can snap some pics and show ya how i did it. I wired it directly into the wires from my stock plate light.
