Default Plate Light

Alright, had an "L" bracket laying around, drilled into the battery box and mounted the plate. What is the best way for a light for the license plate? I have both the rear tailights removed, and was thinking of having a light run into the old connections, which would have to be wired somehow for it to be on constantly, or is there an easier way that I am not able to think of (gotta love thinking complex verse simplistic).

I went with the intergrated tail light and for the light above the license plate you can use LED bolts. You can cut your stock plug off your plastic licenses plate holder...wire it to the LED bolts and connect to the original plug on the main harness. here is the website that i found

Cut into the wire used for the stock running lights. I purchased a license plate light from Cycle Gear for about $10. I will post a photo later...

I just ran a LED from auto zone through an old vacum line and clamped it right to my plate. Hooked it up to the original light wires. Cost about 5 bucks and looks pretty good IMHO.

I picked up some LED plate bolts from cycle gear. They are not the brightest but they work.
