Default Carbon Fiber and Painting

I have a 2005 CBR 600RR with about 8800 miles, Black... love it to death and want to show her how muchI love her by putting some nice stuff on it...

I love Carbon Fiber... (I got a Honda S2000 twin turbo (+600wrhp) with a full custom carbon fiber wide body kit and about carbon fiber everything on that car... it's made for the track and drag ... and to get away from cops :-).... so it's done up andI wanna do the same to my bike)

alsoI want to paint the swing arm cause I love the look of the flat black finish on the '07 swing arm... is that a bad ideaandwill it get chipped off or is it a regular thing thats gets painted and it lasts

SHOW ME PICS AND STUFF... I LOVE LOOKING AT PEOPLES CABON MODS

thx

no carbon fiber here, sorry! about your swingarm tho, if you get it powdercoated it'll look sweet. I've been wanting to do it to my bike forever... just no $. Are you wanting to send it off to be powdercoated or just wanting to paint it yourself? Have you painted any of your other stock silver parts? rearsets, passenger sets?

oooo that carbon cbr looks awsome...I got 2 questions: 1) Whats the quality of their stuff 2) how does it fit...

also on the painting note... noI have not painted anything on my bike yet butI do have a gravity gun and have done a few on my car... nothin that really shows though...I want to do it professionaly done if it is going to be seen and going to be big... if it is the pegs or somethingI might do it on my own but i want the swing arm to look stock mat black finish...

also found some amazing carbon fiber rims :-) there expensive as crap but omg are they different

^^^ welp, I dont know the quality of those guys firsthand so I dont really wanna put my stamp of approval on them. I just know I've heard of others being referred to them for quality CF. I have heard of OPP CF and I think lately they've gotten better but years back they sucked... kinda like japanese products in the 50's I suppose, lol. Sometimes things evolve and adapt so they make it.. and they're still around. Here's an example of what they're stuff is like now:

http://www.oppracing.com/images/2774...05-06/#image_8

It's under $2000 for a complete set of CF for the 05-06. The 07-08 is also under $2000, maybe 100 more tho

Talk to David or George at www.aecarbon.com They havemany parts for CBR's in carbon fiber. For some odd reason they do not list every part they sell on their website. They are good people... tell emFastRR sent you.

Here is a pic of a fiberglass F4i tail I just got from them... good quality. They can match the carbon fiber weave on entire bikes so it's all running the same direction.

Well i tried uploading the pic but this site isn't so great for pics.
