Default exhaust question!!!! EXPERTS!!!

I am starting a new project on my 06 1000rr, I am attempting to do an RC211v style under-belly exhaust- with the gp style side exit. I am going to be chopping the stock headers- 4 into 2- then 2 into one with a 90 degree bend to the small diameter muffler that will run down the right side inside the belly pan. I custom fabbed a 16 inch long- three inch wide and 5 inch tall muffler from a kx 500- and put a yosh baffle and packing inside( I will try to get some pics up soon. I measured everything out and it will be a nice tight fit.

my question is will I run into any problems as far as back pressure or lack of- and being so close to the headers am I just going to blow the packing out in the first 100 miles?

thanks for your expert opinions!!!

I'm no expert but hey kudos to you for your daring adventure..But if this experiment fail, do you have a spare header at your disposal since you're gonna modify the original header?

Can't wait to see the end product..and also a dyno report before and after would be nice. Good luck!!
