Peg won't fold, put the side of your shoe against the peg bracket and don't force your foot back. Just work with it and you'll be golden. But if your really worried about it, you could drill a small hole in it and thread it to put a real small bolt to hold it in place. But that will take some of the strength IMO

I keep my foot over the hindge, not on the actual peg, if we dont here back from ya, we will assume the worst. lol, be carefull

I started doing wheelies the other day with Both my feet on the passenger pegs, not covering the brake at all, no hand brake eithor, yep its dangerous, but I got my throttle braking down pretty good now, so I figured I would do a few, pretty fun, its wierd until the bike gets to the balance point, then is just feels like I am standing behind it, I like it.
I'm not going to make a habbit of it, until I get a hand brake.

Never folded up on me. Although, I have slipped my right foot off the front peg and I was standing on the exhaust . I shifted the rest of me weight to me backfoot though.

Yea I struggle with the whole standing concept too...It also seems particularly awkard for me because Im 6'6 and i have to have my knees bent soo much to stay in a "controlled" stance I guess.

I guess being a foot shorter helps sometimes. 5.7. From the day I put my foot staggered, it felt perfect.

My tip: Ride around the country roads staggared. Just riding around. Try to pull it up every once in awhile, then go back to just normal riding staggared. Should get your head use to it.

And I've never had a problem with the peg folding up. Hell I only had one of two bolts on it for months (unknowingly) and I never had a problem. you should swing the whole peg and bracket back in forth, but while doing standups it stayed rock solid. who knows.
