front standing light

I don't know if that's what it's called but ....My left blinker works fine but the "standing/parking" light doesn't. Any ideas??

Just need a new bulb. The bulb has two filaments, one for the running light and one for the turn signal.

what is the part number for the front and rear bulbs? I can't seem to find them.
