Default how much trouble...

do you get in for doing wheelies in an empty parking lot, can you get a ticket if its not on a DOT road, or will they just ask you to leave.

i have ridden BMX and skate boards for years, so i am used to getting bitched at and told to leave, but i was wondering if people/cops treat it much different when you're on a motorcycle.

Here in texas the cops will find something to pin on you unless it is your property. Johnny

It all depends on where you are at and if the cops you have around the place like bikes or hate them or if they are ********* or not. There really is no telling if you are going to get into any trouble or not. Most of the time we just get asked to leave.

If its your property, they can't do anything to you in Nebraska. First a complaint from the owners has to be filed or called in. If you are very polite and leave willing, you prob wont have any issues. But your attitude towards the police will be the result of a ticket or not. Also the location is important, if you are in a parking lot out in the middle of nowhere, you prob won't ever get called in.

In FL you sure can. me and some friends were in a parking lot and a cop came up on us when my friend was doing a 5mph wheelie.....still gave him a wreckless driving ticket and was saying some bull**** that he could've got him for racing because the lawfor it is so broad that accelerating at a rapid speed is considered racing and since you have to accelerate to get the front wheel up he was like "i could get you for racing" ...he was a ****ing dick and i hope he wrecks his crusier. FTP!!

Unless it private property that you own, in most states you can get a ticket. Any other parking lot, road or empty lot is considered private property and you can get a ticket from reckless driving to reckless endangerment to trespass. All depends on the state really.

your not supposed to be operating the machine in an unsafe manner. any kind of stunts would be considered wreckless driving of a motorvehicle... lol
