The idle screw on my bike is a pain in the ***... Pretty short, so hard to get a twist on it while sitting on the bike. Takes about a zillion turns to get my idle to 4k...

My buddy on his f4i has a screw about 10 miles long, and with like 1 turn his idle is set.

I've heard of this mod... but haven't done it for my bike... maybe search stuntlife.com for info on it.

go to stuntlife there is a complete write up how to do this mod. buy a 900rr idle cable its long enough. all your doing is replacing the screw with the spring around it with the cable.
