Clean air mod??

Default Clean air mod??

I have heard of people doing this clean air mod on their f4i's....What exactly is this??? and is it worth doing??

What are they shooting compressed air can's in their air box system. Isn't it called an AIR FILTER for a reason???

It means removing the PAIR valve and basically connecting all of the hoses attached to it together.
From what I've read, there is no discernable gain or advantage by performing this mod. How-To LINK

When you sync your TB you have to disconnect/dissable them anyways. There hasnt been really any noticible gains noted but there has been noticible less work to do when doing maintenance.

This mod actually makes your bike pull more on the bottom end.. A lot of stunters do it.. It also prevents oil going into the air box if in an event a bike was tipped over long enough to do so. If you are changing the air filter and you have the block off plates its a worth while mod.
