OP I'm new to street riding as well and have taken the MSF course. Read through this thread https://cbrforum.com/forum/how-ridin...y-steer-63523/, and go out and practice it. I just did it as I almost ran off the road in a corner b/c I wasn't able to adjust my line. After reading the thread and practicing counter steering I feel a lot more comfortable and capable of reacting quickly. Also take the MSF course if you haven't, they go over a ton of important stuff in it.
