so my frind wrecked my new 07 1000rr about a month ago fell on the left hand side,i recently replaced everything alternator cover,clutch cover,fairings. the other day when i was driving my bike high reving in second it just turned off and rolled until a complete stop,today after about 30 mins of riding it turned off again only this time i was in first barely reving,both times the overheat light came on,what is this cuased by???????

 

If the engine is overheating, then the cooling system would be a good place to start. I hope you at least bothered to check the coolant level.Since the bike was dropped onthe left side,I'd take a real good look at the water pump (and thepump shaft).
