i really dont know where to begin, but like all beginnings i guess i have to begin where it starts...
Two months ago i owned exactly zero motocycles..
Today i bought my fourth one and by far my favorite!!!
its a 1997 CBR900 streetfighter.. unfortunately i left all the specs at work on a peice of paper the previous owner was kind to write down and give me but heres a breif list and i mean very brief..

((( At its heart is a 900rr motor and frame. Rear single sided swing arm by Elf (vfr750) Tail and subframe started out as a gsxr750 (03) tail and sub, but i made some changes to sharpen it up a little. Rear rim from vfr 800 (06) Front rim and rotors from zx-14 (05).)
that was copied and pasted from his add on craigslist^^^

Now i have been drolling over this bike for over month.. but so many things have happened like i bought three other bikes.. i'm actually evaluating my sanity right now... but my god, i'm having so much fun.. i just cant help myself..

well anyway i have a list of things this streetfighter is going to get to get finished..
so with no futher adue.. heres my new project!!!

dude i've picked up on how much you enjoy fightr builds over this last short couple of months ive been around.. ive read through your build and a maybe a couple more here and there.. so i hope, if tap you on the shoulder here and there for a minimal amount of help .. i hope you wont mind..
without any question think im probably going to do a car rim on the back.. i love the rim thats on there, but to bring it to show quality. im going to have to "swing" with something alittle bit fressher..
and as expensive as those headlightsi have on there now! im probably going to go with something like this..

anyway intead of paint on what little parts i do have on here.. im also thinking the nicest twill carbon fiber i can fin of fleebay..so carbon fiberthe tank, front fender, and tail..and they even have these funky colors now that i can chose from..but yes i do have a vision for this bike.. its def going to take me the winter, but i sooo look forward to it.... im also thinking of polishing everything.. later down the road i might do something different but for now ill get the most bang for my buck with just a little bit of elbow greese..

clutch lever is aftermarket "moose"
2001 suzuki sv650 rear pegs and brackets....
thats a pretty damm good list..if i had to guess by the end of the winter ill probably have this list doubled..and by all means the most custom bike i'll probably ever own.. sweettt...
