So I have a 1991 CBR 600 f2 that i'm making a streetfighter out of. My plan is to change my original speedometer to a digital speedo. I just wanted to start this thread because I am a complete noob and could use all the help I can get.

So my digital speedo is in the mail and will be here in maybe a week. This is what I ordered from Ebay.

Yeah, I know it's cheapo, but that was the point. So if anyone can lead me in the right direction and give me any tips or advise, I'd very much appreciate your help. Thank you.

 

Are you any good with electrics, do you know how to read a wiring diagram.
Chances are that it will not just plug in.
If it's Chinese be careful, they colour code wires wrong sometimes....usually grounds and positive. I found this at my own cost...luckily just blown fuses
