Mocked up the RR tail. It fits over the F3 subframe w/o issues. I'd like to rake the tail down about 10-15 degrees lower and plan where to add tabs to secure the tail section. I will get a better sense when the seat comes in.

 

Making some progress. Bike is now running and I received the 03 RR seat. Mocked up the angles to figure out where tabs will nee to be welded.
