Sorta yes and sorta no...

My understanding is that overseas many countries have strict regulations for their police forces against pursuing vehicles they have no hope of catching. Which is why I'm guessing the cops never even attempted to start a pursuit.

LMAO, never heard of ghost rider? go to you tube and type in ghost rider. These are some people trying to be like him.

I would never do the things he does, but some of his riding is just amazing to watch
