Well... I don't make left turns unless I know I can make em.. in that case if I were driving that van I would have stopped and waited.. I cant f#$%king stand people stopping mid-turn for some dumb reason.

 

yeah that bus was moving slow but at the same time that doesnt look like a turn on to anther road. im sure he only stopped cause he seen the biker coming at the last minute and just barely prevented making biker patties outta that guy.

 

The vansturn was slow...

If hedidn't stop he would have hit the bike and killed the rider.

This would have been avoided if the bike wasn't haulin ***.

 

That bike would be nearly impossible to see coming at you at that speed. I also through in the factor all the retards sitting on the side of the road..he probably didnt want to run any of them over. Looked like a busy area. shouldnt have been going 80mph. Hopefully he learned something.

 

Van was turning left into the parking lot... it also had its signal light flashing way before starring the turn.

Van could have waited until after bike had passed...if it had known the rider was coming.

Rider was going WAAAAYY over the speed limit at an obviously busy stretch of road.

I'd say shared responsibility 60% riders fault, 40% Van's... BOTH at fault.

It wasn't a near miss... the rider augered in on the ditch after missing the van...and I'm SURE at that speed he unfortunately got ****ed up pretty good
