Really like the droidy front light mask thing and the whole bike overall but now that you brought it up the white plastic reservoir does stick out. They could have gotten a nice aluminum piece from ebay for 5 bux...

You could just roll with some Tygon tubing!

(It works for Ghost Rider)

A lot of track guys use tubing as their sole front reservoirs at the track, too. The reservoir isn't as much of a heat sink as a lot of people make it out to be. I'm going to use a 15cc resi on my bike.

EDIT: I think, though, that its one of those issues where unless you really wrench, it scares you to see brake systems modified (you should have seen some of my rider friends' faces when I told them I made my own brake lines).

That guy is going to build a few of those and sell them, and since the '08 already has a radial m/c and mono block calipers, I get leaving it alone.

If you look at the 3rd pic in that last series, it looks like somebody set their urine sample on the handlebars. That's what I think every time I see a master cylinder like that.

That's one of the funniest things I've read on CBRF, and now that's what I'm going to think every time I see it too. Spot on

Now you have a tiny view into what goes on inside my head on a constant basis. :-)

Totally agree. They could have spent 5 more minutes at the design table and made the world of difference.

Or just throw an ISR on there instead. I mean, it'll cost a bunch, but you get one of the nicest M/Cs you can and no reservoir...Oh well.
