Interesting motorcycle pictures
Maybe they did it to make it less desirable to steal. I've heard that bike messengers sometimes do things like this to their high end bicycles. The Beemer owner certainly did a good job. I wouldn't want that thing if they gave it to me.
Yup, that motor is one of the most beautiful pieces of machinery I've ever seen. I told my wife that if I ever happened to find the engine - it's going in our living room.
Weird. Usually I'm into stuff like that. Bare bones cafe, huge v2, the likes... but that thing... nothing. No like nor dislike. Raises absolutely no feelings. It's a friggin indian, one of my dream bikes is a chief and still getting precisely zero vibes... if something I'd say it's trying a bit too much... SSSA on an indian? And that front end is absolutely dreadful with that "numberplate" and the spring assembly thingy...

The number plate I could take or leave, but I really like the leaf spring front end. I guess that's the part of the throwback style that appeals to me. But I could see where it might not be everybody's thing.
Well did you see the m/c's? Brembo RCS (both). It may be a bit overkill...
I dig it overall. I thought it was a new age steampunk kind of bike, I'm not sure I'd want it I'd I could only have one bike (I think I'd take the RSD vmax). I actually saw a new Indian in person back in July. And it's all about the motor for me. It's just beautiful. It would sit on my mantel - and the TV could go in storage.
