That is completely amazing. It must be like driving an NHRA Pro Funny Car on the street; the speedometer revs like the freakin' tach! That guy needs an hour-meter on the front wheel to see how much time it spends up in the air.

TIG Brazed - I can't believe they painted it black and covered it up!

I saw both the Yam and the new Honda, along with the street legal H2 Kwaka on Faster and Faster today.

Purportedly around 230 hp each.

Nobody needs that kind of hp on the street, but I can appreciate the ability to shut down Bugatti Veyron owners that happen to have the misfortune to pull up alongside at a stoplight.

Yeah - no one needs it, but that's now what it's about, right? If it were all about necessity, I'd still be good on my wife's old gs500 that kicked out 45hp.

Does anyone else find it weird that all of a sudden - All of the big companies are going to have 200+hp road going bikes? The new Panigale has 205hp - even on the base model.... and it's an "under-powered" twin.... The new S1000r has a measily 199 hp...

That's a sharp bike. I do have a question though. Why does it always seem that the front break master cylinder is an afterthought? It's like they spent thousands of man hours designing and creating a beautiful work of art then right before they rolled it out, they said, "crap, we forgot the master cylinder, again." "Just stick something up there, nobody will notice."
