It is in Russia.Life expectancy in Russia is the same as sub-Saharan Africa so that says alot.The parents are probably dead from alcoholism.Russia's population is stagnant and on a decline.They have to resort to pay people to have children.

Seriously horrible, I am not sure what else to say, why would anyone want to throw their life away when they are that young? Though I do remember how much I looked up to my big brother when I was that young and how I still do, but I could never imagine doing anything like this.
