Hybrid Escalade and oxymoron?

I would say so! [&:] But I guess it makes people feel better about driving a monsterous SUV that's 10x bigger than they actually need

 

I think its kind of cool, though i would never want one. It lets it only use 4 cylinders instead of all 8 when it reaches cruising speed. it gets 6 mores mile to the gallon in the city, but I think alot of the people buying these things aren't too worried about the gas but some are and now they can get their green machine and feel like they are saving gas.
SUV saleshave been down since this gas crisisgot really out of hand and I think its panic mode for them now.

 

Does the hybrid make people park better?

 

Its 20 MPG and $77,000 ....... You better drive 1000 miles a day to make that price tag work into that gas budget.

 

That's a Desmosedici and $4,600.00 in change.

 

If I had to choose, I'd take the Duc any day!

 

wow $77K....If you can afford to buy one, your not going to be worried about putting gas in it...
