f4i isnt idleing right

Default f4i isnt idleing right

i hace a yosh trs and a k&n,will a power commander fix my problem.most of the time it idles good at 1000,but more often it goes between 500 and 750.even stalls out sometimes.im figuring because of the pipe and filter,the fuel ratio is off alittle.please help

hmmm id check your bike 1st before trying to buy a pc3 to adjust it. i know plenty of people who are running your setup just fine without a pc. so its possible its something wrong mechanically with your bike . are you throwing and codes ? (red flashing light)

lol. dude, your bike is supposed to idle at 1350 RPMs. 1000 is too low. don't adjust your idle speed while the bike is in autorich on a cold start. wait until it warms up and i'm pretty sure this won't happen. i'd set it up a little bit higher until you get a power commander and dyno it. idle at 1450.

another idle question, besides taht its supposed to be at 1300 lol, is it supposed to jump up and down a bit, sounds like a cammed car almost.

on the left hand side of the bike (if your sitting on it) reach down by thegear cover and you will see the adj **** in the upper left hand corner sticking out.
