I feel for you bro. This f@#king insurance rep. are always trying not to pay to save them money and to earn their bounes. I would take pictures of the accident where it happen and with some witnesses takethat a hole to court.

Get the estimate from a few dealers......show a high and low. Iam sure the dealers will be close (outragously high)....then submit to insurance...if nada get the lawyer...maybe go after the *** who flipped the E legal ......I had a guy hit my truck and he had no insurance....hardly spoke english..(imagine that)..we went str8 to a dealer got a estimate...then right to his bank for the $$$..btw....dent still in truck....ITS A TRUCK lil dent = 1075.00 dealers repair cost. good luck

 

get a lawyer, same thing happened to me bout 6 months ago. i would definately get a lawyer on this one.
