As promised, various pics taken in Venice...


Gondola rides were 100 euros for less than an hours trip :O We passed on that one.


It was so peaceful just standing by all the rivers with no cars/buses etc.


I'm guessing it's the communal golden theatre?


Taken from the water bus or maybe ferry crossing to Lido island from Venice.


Not sure what the next instalment is so i'll have a think

Great trip, and nice pictures.

Living in Switzerland, this gives me some ideas.
Now, I just need to find some time...

Thanks mate. The next trip is going to be on the sports bikes without the ladies but haven't made plans yet, maybe the Nurburgring or the Bol d'Or

Total Mileage was 3,176 miles or 5,111 kms :O

I'm with Trout on this. Jump on a plane and rent a bike now! This is my dream ride. Touring europe on a bike, right now a retirement pipedream....or maybe when the Stones do their 50th anny tour in 2012...hmmm

Funny how touring the US is a dream for many European biker.
