What an ace day out. The buzz of riding with a group of CBRs will never wain. We've all had a blast. I'm grinning like a Cheshire cat as I write this (using the new mobile phone site ((excellent format Mr web provider))). Three men. Three Cbrs. Lots of good road. Lots of throttle action and fine scenery. Say no more. Just wish all the other apparent Cbr owners around here would bother to get out and show a little leg. Remember what they're missing. You missed a good winter soup at the end of it if nothing else.
Lastly, we met the legend himself today, sir Hawkind of Hawkshire. How fvking cool is that? 280 miles of pure ear splitting fun. Thanks Rick. Thanks Steve.
More soon for damned sure.

Henrys words say it all - excellent short ride, some cracking roads, good company, nice uphill drags (), good food (thanks Sarah) and a good 100 mile run back home on a fairly empty motorway 60 miles of which hawkwind was with me.
Come on guys, spread the word!
Any suggestions for an early December run???

Rick

Hey Rob,
good to hear from you. I seriously think we should ride up in your direction and kidnap you for a weekend. In-flight refuelling could be arranged.
Anyone up for a northbound press gang trip? I can make Harrogate in 2.5 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Hmmm.... that's no good. It needs to be a Friday night to Doncaster for some meaningful time in your manor.
Let's ponder on that one. I'll have to check my calendar but I'd so love do come up. I'm sure we could suck some others into the turbulence en route.

Here's a couple of pictures from the Cinque ports.
Please note the speed derestriction signs, just in front of a cliff top. Always amuses me.

Good luck with the tyres man. I can seriously recommend the Bridgestone BT-021. They so work on the cane. Last well too. Brilliant handling. Just my 2p worth. Rick got a race sticky on his front. Perhaps you should talk to him too.
Anyway, take care. See you soon.

Iv got my eye on Continentals £119 for a pair from M&P direct.
I dont mind riding south to meet y'all but if we do end up round here can i recomend Devils Bridge/Kikby Lonsdale (M6/A65) and Hawes 10 mile NE of that. Maybe Shakey can pop over from that there Blackpool?

Harrogate in 2 & half hours oooh you are naughty.
