eaglerider dot com rents/hires sport Bikes outta Knoxville ...............honda ST1300 or BMW !.....plus chrome buckets of course
3 days all insurance med suppl etc ............550 bucks

I wonder how long you could ride it before you die from pain? I mean, it's probably the most comfortable dual sport on the market, but It's 9.5hrs to the gap from here... lol..
I'll just assume you're in.
(btw, funny sidenote, I googled to see how far someone had actually ridden a KLR in a day, and I couldn't find a good number. However, the first site that popped up was a blog from a guy with my exact bike, riding it all around areas of my state where I've been many times. Kinda weird. I actually camp at the state park he's riding in every summer. Link here..)
I will be there, riding down with CB2CBR 
on friday. Trying to twist his arm and see if he can leave on thrusday 
. Ride down on thrusday then have friday and saturday for rides and leave out on sunday.
