If you get a pair of pants, you should be able to take them and your jacket to a tailor who can make it work. You may have to buy a zipper and pay labor, but it shouldn't be too bad. That'd be your best option. I actually just picked up a suit on here for $200 shipped so keep your eyes open for that..

First things first, go to a local store and try some stuff on so you know your size for different brands.

Hey dp. I just got a pair of Joe Rocket Speedmaster 5.0 leather pants yesterday andI think I'm very happy with them. Will test them out tomorrow. Got them for $245 locally - 30% off retail ($349.99). Saw them at Kneedraggers for $320. Soft leather, great protection, and they fit really well. What more couldyou ask for. I usually wear a two piece leather suit from Z Leathers, but noticed a hole in the elastic Saturday morning. They're almost ten years old. I'll still get them fixed, but a new pair of leathers (pants) for $250 was too good to pass up. PLUS, Joe Rocket makes tons of jackets (leather or textile) that you could eventually get that will zip right into the pants. I have their Repsol/Honda textile jacket that zips into it.

+1 to the sewing machine. I've done it on all of my pants/jackets. I have JR jackets that I like to wear with my Teknic pants and a teknic coat that I like to wear with my JR textile pants so.......I tood it to the local seamstress and she fixed it rigt up. Works great. Never had a get off with it, but I dont forsee it being a problem. Many road miles/track days logged with this and it works just fine.
