Finally finished..'88 CBR1000F Hurricane....
All dressed up and everywhere to go..!!
Taken down to the frame, painted all from the frame up...work to the engine as necessary and the WOW bit for us were the decals we had made ....55w 6000k HID up front and wired dual filament bulb sockets in the indicator housing so marker lights on all the time....

For your thoughts and comments...still a couple of things to do to her, but when we got her (kiwi TK..yes from Trade Me) the decision was almost to dismantle and part out..so very pleased we didn't..really innovative machine for it's time, and after a couple of (Gold) Wings (12 and 1500) , GSF600 and Hyo GT250R rebuilds (the Hyo for my son to seriously learn on, after a really bad time with a TF125
)..just luvvin' the rebuild "thing"..my next bike on the (dis)assembly line..a 2007 S83 1400 Boulevard, straightening her up as we speak!.. something completely different!..we're really Honda guys tho..
Ride safe and thank you...
Peter.

Outstanding effort.
You should get many admiring looks in the years to come.
These bikes don't seem to age as much as others, and they are certainly quick enough to keep up with most newer bikes in the right hands.
Enjoy !
