Default Finally Finished.

Hi All

I have finally finished my FW. Hope you like it

Things done:

Frame striped and painted
Swing-arm striped and painted. Drilled for bobbins
Forks striped and painted, new seals and oil. Dropped 5mm down yokes
Wheels powder coated, new bearings and rim tape
yokes striped and painted with new tapered bearings
Carbon front mudguard
Bodywork full re-spray
Ohlins rear shock - raised 10mm
Full service including, plugs, oil, oil filter, brake fluids, coolant and K&N air filter.
Stage 1 Dynojet kit
Rear HRC brake fluid pipe
New chain and sprockets
Engine cases striped and painted
Valmoto rear-sets with brake light banjo
New tyres
Various new fasteners including all disc bolts

Taken about 3 months but I am very happy with the finished bike. Rides like it is new, even better maybe

Well done mate, does look neat.
£2250 wow that's not as much as I would of thought for all that out-lay on extras, how much for the ohlins shock?
did you steel the bike in a 1 penny auction off EBay with no reserve!!!!
That's around the price I payed for my FW 3500 miles a few years ago!
Well done bud
Ride Safe

Had to move the water res and the brake res because of the Ohlins shock. Heres another pick.

Only cost £2250 because I had the shock and rear-sets from an old race bike that I had around 10 years ago. There is probably another £400 with both them on. Here's another photo
