If you take out the nipple and look inside the hole there could be debris in there, if you have an air line you could put it in where the banjo joint goes in and blow through , watch out for the spray of oil and place a spacer between the brake pads to stop them coming out any further, maybe there was dirt in the old oil and its graduated to the outlet, and maybe a cloth over the caliper to catch whatever comes out

Hi Marty, was hoping it was dirt, but looks like the threads inside the caliper are mauled, could get it repaired and re-threaded, but I would go for one of those calipers I showed you, that way just a straight swap, just maybe a different colour, but maybe a search would bring up something better, have a think
There's always this option ,to drill and retap and use a bigger bleed nipple, but have to weigh up the expense if you haven't got a tap and die set , and if you don't feel proficient enough to do it

PTFE tape around the nipple and screwed back in could be a temporary fix

Hey cabaret thanks for your reply buddy I’ve tried tapping it out already And it did nothing at all what I find very strange though is both front ones and the Rear one have all done the same thing so what I’m thinking might have happened and tell me your opinion is possibly the previous owner has used some sort of maybe thread lock or Teflon and then when I cracked the nipples open to bleed The brake system they just did not seal up again Because the thread in the caliper I reckon was already damaged I don’t think I would feel comfortable making the holes bigger I guess I’ll just have to Purchased Some Secondhand calipers just for peace of mind
