right this is the story my uncle owns a local recovery buissness where i live he has also got a contract with the police where he takes in all the seized cars /stolen cars ect now the police contract has came to an end he is allowed to sell unrecovered vehicles but only as parts I.E he is not allowed to put them back on the road. this cbr 125 has been in the shed for 5 years hence mileage i stripped the bike completely and the frame was cut up sorry if im goin on
I waited till i found a frame exacly the same which came with a log book both bikes were 2005 anyway i gave it all to my local motorbike shop and they put it back together for me the prob is that the frame i brought the bike was a red one i registered the bike but it says it is red on the logbook and the bike is blue the bike is 100% le'git and legal but can you imagine me trying to explain all this to a buyer WHAT WOULD YOU DO cant keep it cause i have never even been on a biked before

 

Simply change the paper work.

 

Keep it and learn to ride.
