Hey there guys/gals I was wondering if I could gain some help, I have an 05 plate honda cbr 125, it didn't come the pavilion bar so I have sourced one but for the life of me I can't find the right size Allen key head bolts, someone said a 13mm bolt and another went through the m sizes but didn't specify which one was for me, any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance

No worries, you are probably better off buying from a local retailer as it will be a fairly common Allen socket bolt, only issue will be if the thread is fine or ultra fine pitch. If you have a supplier local, then just rock up ask for both and see which one fits and jobs a good un!!
