What is differnce between Old Model Karizma and new Karizma R ?

What is differnce between Old Model Karizma and new Karizma R ?
Should I go for new karizma or a used one, which is a old model of 2006 and clocked 18,000 km with a sum of Rs. 35,000/- and plz suggest yamha FZ is better than karizma or not.

Graphics. Mechanically they are the same( karizma and Karizma R). The R model just has more trendy styling.
The karizma is a 223cc air cooled bike with a 5 speed transmission. the Yamaha is 150cc with a 6 speed. Karizma is 17hp, Fz 13hp.
They both appear to be reliable machines and the flagship models for their makers in India. You would do okay with either machine, however, this is a pro Honda site.
