If we judged all bands by the members' personalities instead of the music, then it would be tough to like any of them. For example: Is Eddie VH a jerk? Yes. Is he a musical genius who changed the playing field for rock n' roll guitarists? Yes.

you're taking it personally voodoo whereas it could be a compliment .. you can't judge without knowing the pretext .. for example: if someone's favorite singer/song writer is Roger Whittaker and they say the worst band is Led Zeppelin then that might be a compliment to Led [8D] everyone has different tastes

ALL BANDS ARE GAY!!!! exept system of a down and red hot chili peppers. i mean ALL the rest are gay.
most bands make a album with like 1 or 2 good songs in it then the throw a **** load of gay songs in it to make it a full cd. i do like songs from gay bands but like only 1 or 2. the rest suck.
take Children Of Bodom for a ex. they have one good song i like and its Bed of Razors. the rest ssssuuuuck.
SOAD and chili peppers have a ton of good songs on there cds. not like other ppl and bands.

I will agree on SOAD being a good band... I'm a fan, have all their albums, but not all bands suck.
I mean, if all the songs you're wanting to hear are radio hits, then buy a greatest hits album. But me personally... I think Soundgarden is the shi*. They have quite a large amount of "hits", but when I went and bought "Superunknown" and "Badmotorfinger", listened to all the tracks, I started to relize that the songs that weren't "radio friendly" or deemed "hits" had so much more talant and were much more complex from a musical standpoint than the ones that the radio station always played. Me, I like to buy an album and just listen to it all the way through, not just jump to the hits and only listen to them.
