When you leave, you give them a real body blow to their self-esteem - being women, they can't just accept it and move on, they have to keep trying to prove to themselves that you were wrong, not them. My ex is exactly the same, divorced 12 years ago, and if she could do me harm right now, she would.

Why would you go out to lunch with the "EX" anyways? Isn't there a reason she has EX in front of the girlfriend name? There only psycho if you give them the chance to be one.
