Wheelies
I don't know how many people on this forum are into doing stunts....but I am....Okay...Read below on what I have to my bike......I can gas it up in 2nd doing a stand up....But when I sit on the tank I can't gas it up because of the weight shift.....Just wondering if any one has done a tank wheelie in 2nd and knows what rpm's to let the clutch out @....I know I should just start low and keep increasing rpm's until I find it, but being in ND I almost have to wait to spring to try it again.......

RE: Wheelies
Well with your gearing changed, I dont know what RPM you should be at since it isnt stock. When I had a F2 with stock gearing the wheelies I would start would be in 2nd gear and around 7,000 rpm.
I have never done tank wheelies but you will have to smack it alot harder to lift the extra weight..and if you are sitting on the tank ( I presume with your feet over the windshield) you wont be able to see the tach.
Also I am sure a super sticky rear tire ( like a Race Take off) will help immensely since it will grab better

Man I hope you have that f2 geared alot. I can't get my F4i up in 2nd sitting on the tank (spreader) with my gearing (-1 up front only) I have tried it off of the limiter with no luck, but I'm kinda slipping the clutch and not dropping it. The way my lever is now I have trouble dropping it sitting on the tank. I'm ordering a MSR easy pull in a few weeks so mabye that will help. Also do you have your tank dented? Mine isn't yet, but if it is dented it will make it alot easier
