I'm not going to read this whole thread. Here's what I did, take it for the 2 cents it's worth.

1. Changed people I hung out with
2. Got sober, completely - You'll have to man up to do this part, if it's too hard you have other issues that I can't help with
3. stayed on the course that I chose for my life, without any option for failure

You have to decide to change, not want to *try* to change. Trying to do something leaves room for failure and that's for po0sies.

honestly the longer you wait to get straight the harder it will be to do it.
