I say you guys can get patches for your jackets, and since he is the newest recruit, he must be hazed to earn his. That way you can make him do all kinds of stupid **** and maybe he'll quit on his own and you won't have to worry about it. On the other hand, if he makes it through the hazing, you'll have a badass that rides a scooter! <------ make him get a slip-on installed!
