^^^ Just remember, the sauce is better if it is the consistancy of stroganoff (sticks to the noodles better). If it is too thin, I'll bet you could let it set for a bit, or put it is a sauce pan and thicken it up.

I make my homemade sauce on sundays...recipes been in the family for generations. Some wops call it gravy, others call it sauce. **** is so good. It basically cooks for like 6 hours with the meatballs, sausage, and pork in it. I love the stuff. It ends up makin a crap load so i get to freeze it and have it for like a month, fills up my freezer but its def worth it.
I like making salmon or whole baked chicken.
Salmon - Take salmon filet and put it on a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil. melt some soy sauce and butter in the micro, and then pour it over the salmon. Place sliced onion and lemon on top of the salmon and drizzle a little italian dressing over it all. Put in oven at 375* for 7-10 minutes.
Baked Chicken - Wash Chicken. Chopped up some rosemary, purple onion and lemon and stuff it in the cavity of the chicken. Place chicken in a baking dish or dutch oven. Then, wrap in entire chicken in bacon, yes bacon, making sure none of the top or legs of the chicken are exposed. Put in an 400* oven for 1hout to1 hour 45 minute depending on size of the bird.
Sides - Fry up chopped bacon and onion, add green beans and let them cook. YUM!!!!!!
Mashed Tators
Corn on the cob - take aluminum foil and place corn on it. Put butter on it and seasoned salt and garlic salt. Put on grill or in oven til done!!!!

Why can't I find a guy that can cook like some of you?
One of my favorites, is sliced duck breast fried with a italian coating. That's good for anything, with rice, or for breakfast in a omlete.
Can anybody tell I'm just itchin for duck season to open. Nov 17th. It just can't get here fast enough.
That baked chicken does sound good by the way....

What else is super easy and mega tasty is tortellini and kielbasa. Keep in mind, this recipe can be as store bought or authentic as you want. Basically, pan cook sliced kielbasa piecesto get some color on it (they are usually pre-cooked). Boil up some tortellini (doesn't take long...don't let them get mushy!). Also, steam some broccoli (again, not long). After everything is boiled, fried, and steamed, mix it all together and add a nice cream sauce (alfredo, three cheese, etc). If you buy everything store bought, it takes about fifteen minutes to cook, and it is way tasty!
Uhhh yea... spagetti and meatballs is about the extent of my 'cooking' LOL[&:] I ain't gonna lie... I can't cook for s**t. Pretty much everything I eat is premaid (frozen/refridgerated/boxed/ect) or I go out to eat. Lots of Velveeta Rotini and Cheese with broccoli, and those frozen skillets, usually pot roast or teryaki chicken
I do need to learn to cook though, and start eating healthier. Even though I've only gained 2 lbs over the last 8 years (I'm up to 157 lbs.... almost 6 ft tall), I know I need to start watching what I eat or it's gonna catch up to me soon. I have been eating alot of fruit bowls lately though, and I drink the Tropicana Grovestand orange juice with lots of pulp by the gallonS hahah
