I think i'm gonna try that, Royal Purle 10w 40 full synthetic. I've heard alot about that one. It's so expensive though, but probably worth it. I've heard it gives our bikes more horse, but I don't know how true that is.

 

This thread died an early death. I'll revive it.

3 quarts rotella t6 5w40 and a little less than 1 quart of Mobil 1 v-twin 20w50. Hoping the 20w50 makes it more shear stable, plus I live in Florida, so the heavier oil isn't a real concern.

i just read an article on another forum about a sample sent in on Rotella after 3000 miles... i think it convinced me to switch starting this spring

 

Has anyone used Rotella T5? It's supposed to be a 10w40 syn.

I haven't seen it mentioned on here.

After reading up on it, I think it's there energy conserving oil.

 

Honda GN4 10w/40. I get it by the case for a little under $5/qt, delivered to my front door.
