Sorry it happened. Learn to lay off the rear brake so you don't lose the rear end next time. I teach guys to practice braking so that it becomes automatic and so they DON'T lock up the rear. Every single guy I have trained dropped their braking distances down to half of what they were doing when we started!

Are you crazy! I guess you havn't got the hospital, ambulance bills yet. She caused you to go down. You need to make sure she covers everything. You need to buy a new helmet and DAMN that is going to hurt

 

I will say this one more time: CALL A LAWYER NOW!!! You're going to get bills from the emergency room, the hospital, the doctor, the nurses, a fly that was on the wall in the ER, the tow-truck company that came and got your bike, etc, etc...
If you are having any pain other than from your rash, go see another doctor. Keep all your bills, receipts for bandaids etc...

same thing happened to a buddy of mine but he was lucky and didnt lay his bike down. first thought through my head was if he hit that car, i was going to pull the driver out and beat their a$$. hope for a fast recovery!
