Well i know this is a bike forum but......
HEy man. That car is not worth that amount of money. I would not pay anyting more than a grand for it. Especially with everything that is wrong. If it needs what you say, this is what you will be looking at.
Suspension - $1200-$2000 (NOT just coilovers)
A/C - Anywhere from $200+ depending on what it needs. Thats a rough price for justa system check and recharge.
Transmission - $500+ (Used)
Clutch Plates - $400
Rims/Tires - $400+
THats just to get that hunk to RUN. Those prices are not including any type of labor, and Labor will be quite a bit, espacially on a tranny and A/C unit.
If you want it to be "the quickest Prelude in PR" You'll be spending another $4000+ for any type of turbo setup or anything like that. Especially with an install, tuning and such. But thats just for the turbo kit. If you are going to be pushing major (12psi or more) pounds of boost, I would recommend changing the pistons, rods, and all of the internal engine parts and flywheels and what not with it being as old of a car as it is and the condition. And if you are putting a shot of any kind on there, replacing the pistons and what not is a must.
Its up to you on what you do, but thats just my opinion.
