If by revisit, you mean go to that same bar again. I'd recommend bringing a couple good friends along with me. Of decent stature as well. Just in case ya know. Like Einstein said, insanity is "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." So don't go walking into a 3 on 1 fight if you're the 1 and you have a choice in the matter.

You aren't gonna change the world by beating the hell out of a stupid redneck (and you're not gonna change him). You'd be much more likely to end up playing poker for nutty bars in jail.
I've been in your situation before, and you need to use your head. If you get a good safe opportunity for payback, then by all means....
However, I wouldn't go looking for it, and I sure as hell wouldn't be carrying a gun right now. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about protection...but when you're looking for trouble (or just coming out of some), the last thing you want on you is a deadly weapon. Justified or not won't make a dam bit of difference when your shot, you've lost your job, can't see your kids, and are eating chit on a shingle.
There was a time when I would have asked if you wanted help with these clowns (not even knowing you), but those days are over. Nowadays, I only fight for women, kids, and self preservation.... and I'm not even pursuing a few paybacks of my own. (Except for this one guy that hit me and ran like a little bich. I'm gonna grab him one of these days....lol)
But seriously, sometimes I think you just have to let chit go. I know it sucks, but such as life. And when you have a family... it changes everything. Sometimes stepping up means more than pounding on some dipchit azzhole.

If this was directed at me...............I don't know whether to be insulted or amused..............

Suffice it to say that it's easy to be a "keyboard commando" especially when you're as ancient as me...... having said that, it doesn't change my attitude to people who think they can get away with whatever they like...............
(It also has something to do with dealing with those kinds of retarded, degenerate low-life, cretinous creatures on a daily basis, and seeing what havoc they can cause if left unchecked. I deal out retribution (I didn't say that) on a daily basis as a Judge, and just hope that by so doing I keep decent people safe(r).
It also helps that I have two bailiffs who look like tackles for the NFL
I get to say whatever I like, in there.......
I once put up a post about sending all us OP's to the sandbox first as we are grumpy and don't give a **** anyway. (and we can shoot) hehe Keep the young people at home - we can't sleep anyway...............
