i told him not to worry about the bike...thats what insurance is for. he said he didnt know if he wanted another bike...ten minutes later i told him about a guy i know selling his triumph daytona 655 and he was all ears. he will be back on 2 wheels in no time

Isn't amazing when things like that occur...everything seems to go super slow...and there is nothing that you can do about it? I don't know if it's adrenaline or what. My neighbor slipped on some deck steps while carrying his daughter...and she fell out of his hands tumbling to the bottom. I was too far to do anything and too much in shock afters ... thinking...what the hell did I just see? She didn't bang her head the whole way...but it was in slow motion the whole time.

That's a bummer man. Hopefully you boy wasn't too damaged.
The bike can be fixed.

and yes he was pulling a wheelie...twelved it and was throwing sparks off the exhaust.
Sorry to hear that your friend got hurt... but remember that a Squidish actturns to be a result of something like this...
