OK, I hear all the baggin about torque and what a lame *** movie it is....sooooo taking a break from yardwork today, saw it on TNT, so I watched it. WOW, I don't know what to say...some of it was cool just for the action, even if it was in no way shape or form realistic, but I think the two chics in the end dualing it out in a fight on bikes took the cake. I almost spewed beer through my nose all over my nice plasma when that went down. That, or Ice Cubes super cool protective bandana, or the scenes with the Y2K, I dunno, its a toss up. I would be cool with the chick bike fight thing if I coulda seen some bolagna curtain, but its TNT, so had to just bear it I guess. I felt like I needed to take a shower and read a few chapters of total control and twist of the wrist or something to right the wrong by watching that.

 

I dunno man I watch Torque and Biker Boyz every time before I go riding... it's way better than this "take control" you speak of

 

I swear I could pull off a few of those moves with a few beers in me, ya know, take the edge off and all.

 

psshhh hell ya you definitely can man don't worry ... I do everything except take my hands off the bars, lean back and read a mapand maintain speed... can't figure that one out yet

 

they make bar ends that lock your throttle (cruise control) they are a life saver on long trips

 

yea good movie it was on after nascar on tnt today. my cuisine came over today and he saw it also.

 

I like the part where they cut his chain and sprocket off the "bad guys" bike and its a warrior - its belt drive. hahahaha. Biker Boys looks like a masterpiece compared to torque.

 

The sad thing is, there is a market for these films, otherwise they wouldn't have made them.

 

oh yeah, which cuisine was that? my personal favorite, chicken alfredo.

i was watching it too, i cant ever get over the all the end scenes and how corny they are. i suppose it is not bad if you accept the fact it was made to entertain, but giving people the idea you can do however fast he was going on that y2k and have it explode, fly through the air, tumble on the ground and almost get run over, all without a helmet and looking cool while doing it.
